Hey, I'M Dom

Shooting fully on 35mm - no digital in sight; I aim to bring an element of fun & humour to all of my photography - I'm here to make you look like gorgeous glamazon souls but with a playful edge; we want to serve face but with a little slice of cheekiness too. Your day is one full of joy and my work revolves around curating an album filled with chic moments balanced with the charismatic chaos of a wedding! My background is in fashion & my current life revolves around work in behaviour so somewhere in there lies the perfect recipe for a documentary style wedding photographer!

Your wedding is a huge deal for me so First and foremost I want you to feel comfortable with me!

My joy comes from making people feel incredible. On the day I'll always suggest things but  I'm there to celebrate what feels like you so I'll  come armed with inspo  that I can show you and we can work together towards a vibe, see what's comfortable and  feels like you and build upon that.


Getting a call in is crucial for me - I like to know that we fundamentally like each other as I'm following you around ALL DAY!

FAQ

 

We don't like photographs of ourself!

I totally can relate on this one but trust me, my goal is to get you looking gorgeous! You won't be doing anything that doesn't feel like you - you're getting MARRIED! Just the idea of you stood happily next to each other beaming on the day is gorgeous enough!

DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL?

No; it's just not where my passion lies. I believe wholeheartedly in the analogue process and feel like my couples are on the same wavelength.  I prefer a more curated selection and I love that there's a finite amount of photos to take as it means I savour them and shoot very intentionally! & if quantity is your thing, you can always add lots more rolls to the party!

does pinterest help?

Pinterest helps me know the vibe & the kind of poses you're comfortable doing but I tend to avoid it for direct image recreation as that's so dependent on the decor, outfits, location & most importantly - the light!
